Terms of service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Doodle & Roar website and the digital products sold on it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Doodle & Roar (“we”, “us”) is a small independent studio selling printable coloring books as digital downloads. You can reach us at ask@doodleandroar.top.

2. The products

All products are digital PDF files. No physical goods are shipped. Page counts, themes and previews on each product page are accurate to the best of our knowledge; screen colors and your printed results may vary with your printer and paper.

3. Orders, payment and tax

Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record and reseller for every order. Lemon Squeezy takes payment, applies any required sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and delivers the file. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

4. License to use the files

Your purchase is governed by our license terms: personal and single-classroom use only, no resale or redistribution.

5. Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and all sales are final, subject to our refund policy for faulty or misdescribed files.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, text, logos and page designs are owned by Doodle & Roar and protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Liability

The site and products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
