These terms apply when you use the Doodle & Roar website or buy one of our printable coloring e-books. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Doodle & Roar is a small independent studio run by PR Kreativni Kliker, Republic of Serbia (registration no. 67424042, tax ID 114239265). Contact: ask@doodleandroar.top.
2. What you're buying
Every product is a digital PDF file: a printable coloring e-book that you download, print yourself and color. No physical book is shipped. You'll need a device that opens PDFs and access to a printer. Page counts, themes and sample previews are described on each product page. On-screen previews carry a watermark that isn't in the file you buy. Printed results depend on your printer, ink and paper.
3. Orders, payment and tax
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Creem takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT due, issues the receipt and provides the instant download link. We set our own refund terms (see our refund policy); Creem processes any refund we approve. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars. Discount codes can't be combined, and each code works only for as long as it's advertised.
4. Delivery
An instant download link appears on the confirmation screen right after payment, and Creem emails you a receipt. Please download your files straight away and keep a copy. If you lose the link or it doesn't work, email us and we'll send the file again.
5. License to use the files
You're buying a license to use the file, not the copyright. The license covers personal use and use in a single classroom. You may not resell, share or redistribute any product, in whole or in part — including the PDF files, individual pages (printed or digital), edited versions, or the contents of a bundle. Full details are in our license terms.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Because the files are delivered instantly, sales are final except as described in our refund policy. The refund policy covers faulty files, files that never arrive, duplicate charges and products that aren't as described. It also explains how the EU/UK right of withdrawal applies to digital content.
7. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site. Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
All artwork, text, logos and page designs belong to Doodle & Roar and are protected by copyright. These terms don't transfer ownership of any of it to you.
9. Liability
We take care to make sure the files work and match their descriptions. Apart from that, the site and products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:
- we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
- our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will change when we do. Your order is governed by the terms in force on the day you placed it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you live in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your own country's law, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
