Buying & downloading
What exactly am I buying?
A digital PDF coloring e-book — a file, not a physical book. After payment you download it and print the pages yourself so your child can color them. Nothing is mailed to you.
How do I get my book after paying?
Two ways, straight away: a download button appears on the confirmation screen, and a download link is emailed to you within a minute. The link stays active so you can re-download later.
Is this a printed book that ships to me?
No. Doodle & Roar sells digital PDF files only. Nothing is posted. That's why it's inexpensive and instant — you do the printing at home or at a copy shop.
What device do I need?
Any phone, tablet or computer that opens a PDF and can reach a printer. No app or account required. On a phone, save the file to Files / Drive first, then print or take it to a print shop on a USB stick.
Which payment methods work?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and (in most countries) PayPal — handled by our checkout partner Lemon Squeezy. Your card details never touch our site.
Will I get an invoice / VAT receipt?
Yes. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: they email a proper receipt, charge the correct local tax, and can add your business/VAT details at checkout.
Printing
US Letter or A4?
Both. The artwork sits inside a safe margin that works for either size. In your printer dialog choose “Fit to page” (or “Scale to fit”) and it will size itself correctly.
What paper should I use?
Plain 80–100 gsm paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils. If your child loves markers, use 120 gsm or thicker so colors don't bleed through — or print single-sided and slip a spare sheet underneath.
Do I need a color printer?
No. The coloring pages are black-and-white line art and print perfectly on any mono printer. Only the cover page has color.
Can I print just one page?
Yes — in the print dialog set the page range (for example 5 or 5-8). Print as many copies of any page as you like, forever.
The lines look grey / faint
Turn off “economy” or “toner save” mode, and set print quality to Normal or High. If your printer offers it, choose “Black & white” rather than “Grayscale”.
Using the files
Can I use these with my class or daycare?
Yes. One purchase covers one family or one classroom. You may print copies for the children in your care. You may not share the file with other teachers, upload it anywhere, or sell prints. Full details in the license.
Can I sell the finished pages or the file?
No. The files are for personal and single-classroom use only. Reselling, redistributing, print-on-demand and NFT/AI-training use are not permitted.
How many pages are in each book?
It's on every product: single books run 28–52 coloring pages depending on the theme. Bundles combine every volume in that theme.
Refunds & problems
What's your refund policy?
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. But if your file is corrupted, won't download, or isn't what was described, email us and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund. See the refund policy.
I didn't get the email
