Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
We collect as little as we can. This page explains what data is involved when you visit the site or buy a printable coloring e-book, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible for your data
Doodle & Roar is run by PR Kreativni Kliker, Republic of Serbia, MB 67424042, tax ID 114239265. We are the controller for the data described on this page. Contact: ask@doodleandroar.top.
Visiting the site
- No cookies from us. Our pages don't set cookies and don't use advertising, social-media or tracking pixels.
- No analytics. We don't currently run any analytics. If we add some in future, it will be a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool, and we'll update this page first.
- Server logs. Our web host automatically records standard request data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). It's used only for security and troubleshooting, and deleted after a short period, normally within 30 days.
- Fonts and images are served from our own server, so browsing the site doesn't send your IP address to Google or other font providers.
- The Play page runs entirely in your browser. Pictures colored there are never uploaded. When you press download, the image is saved straight to your own device.
Buying a book
Checkout is operated by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), who act as merchant of record (the seller) for every order. When you press a buy button, you leave our site for Creem's secure checkout page, which may set cookies needed for checkout and fraud prevention. You give your name, email address and payment details directly to Creem. They take payment, calculate tax, send your receipt and provide the instant download link. We never see or store your card details. Creem is the controller for payment and billing data. See the Creem privacy policy.
Creem shares a limited order record with us: your name, email address, country, what you bought, the price and the order ID. We use it to deliver your files, answer support requests, handle refunds and keep our business records.
Emailing us
If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and follow up.
Why we're allowed to use it
- To fulfil your order and give support: necessary to perform our contract with you.
- Accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
- Server logs and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
We don't send marketing emails. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in only.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers that run the shop: Creem (checkout, payment and delivery, based in Estonia, EU), our web hosting provider, and our email provider. They process data for these purposes only. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or Serbia, it's protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal safeguard. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: normally up to 30 days.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
- Support emails: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
Children
Our coloring books are for kids, but the shop is for adults. Purchases are made by parents, carers and teachers. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. The free Play page needs no sign-up and collects nothing. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, or US state privacy laws), you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- move it to another service.
Email ask@doodleandroar.top. We'll reply within 30 days. For payment and billing data, contact Creem directly. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
