Refund policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Every Doodle & Roar product is a printable coloring e-book: a digital PDF file you download and print yourself. Nothing is shipped. Because you get the whole file the moment you pay, all sales are final. We don't refund because you changed your mind, bought by accident, or didn't realise the product was a digital download. The shop, the FAQ and the checkout all explain that it's a digital download.

When we'll make it right

We want you to end up with a file that works. Email us if:

We'll try to fix the problem first, usually by resending the file or replacing it. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can help quickly. This time limit doesn't reduce any rights you have by law.

Things that aren't faults

Colors on screen can look different when printed, and print quality depends on your printer and paper. Our printing tips fix most problems. If a page still won't print properly, email us and we'll help.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery starts, provided you agreed to this. At checkout you ask for immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the download is made available. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected.

How to ask

Email ask@doodleandroar.top. Please send it from the address you paid with and include your order number, which is in your receipt email. Tell us briefly what went wrong. A screenshot of any error message helps. We reply within 2 business days.

These refund terms are set by Doodle & Roar. Refunds we approve are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, the license to use that file ends.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster for you, and we'll always fix a genuine problem.
